Get Fit with a Paddle Board Workout

Looking to take your fitness routine to the next level? Then join us for a paddle board fitness class! You learn to do squats, lunges, push-ups, sit-ups, and burpees, all on a paddle board! We then finish with a friendly competition race around some bouys.

As if paddling isn’t enough of a core workout, a dedicated “Core Like Never Before” segment is included in every class! All fitness and paddling levels are welcome.
