Ready to experience blissful peace on the water? Book a SUP yoga class! We start out with a relaxing paddle to our protected waters, where we anchor for a gentle flow yoga practice on top of our boards.
Our classes are accessible to all levels, and we offer adaptations and modifications to add ease or challenge to each pose! We welcome everyone, from the first-time yogi or paddler to the most adventurous inversion junky! There is nothing like shavasana (relaxation) on a paddle board at the end of your class when you can hear the water lapping against your board and the birds singing!
Our classes are taught by certified SUP yoga instructors.
